Training Program Director
Dr. Allison Mah is a Clinical Associate Professor in the University of British Columbia Division of Infectious Disease, Department of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate and Internal Medicine training at the University of Alberta before moving to UBC for subspecialty training in Infectious Disease. She completed additional training at MD Anderson Cancer Center with a focus on the care of patients with infectious complications of hematologic malignancy and hematopoietic stem cell transplant. She is a member of the Transplant Infectious Diseases group within the Vancouver Acute Division of Infectious Disease. Dr. Mah is the training program director for the UBC Adult Infectious Disease training program as well as for the Transplant Infectious Disease clinical fellowship. She has an interest in medical education and supporting the career development of junior colleagues as well as building community within the division and more broadly within medicine.
